For the internet portal of the private TV broadcaster RTL, the technology vendor Axinom realized a new Windows desktop application for wetter.de. The weather gadget remembers the entered places and shows instantly a weather forecast for the user’s favorite places.
A special highlight of this application is the interactive map feature. In addition to the presented weather information, user can zoom through high resolution images of the entered addresses – in bird or satellite view.
