Grigory Grin is Chief Software Architect.


In his current role as a chief software architect, Grigory feels responsible for technical direction and software architecture blueprint for Axinom products and solutions based on evolving customer demand, system requirements and industry trends and technologies.

Grigory is a technology and business visionary with executive and hands-on experience since more than 20 years in the industry. He has a strong record of success in creating robust IT architectures and infrastructures along with proven ability to bring the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs and risks. His particular strength is in analysing risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure development teams meet contractual cost, schedule and performance requirements.



Short Biography

Grigory studied mathematics and graduated from the Ural State University in 1995. He is a two-time patent holder and author of numerous technical publications for development of a distributed client-server information system for blood transfusion center. He looks back on a dynamic management career with strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, team-building and project management skills.

Prior to joining Axinom Grigory provided executive leadership at the subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom back in 1999 being responsible for strategic IT planning and implementation of one of Germany’s largest B2B e-commerce platforms. He successfully managed to deliver multiple large scale projects on time and within budget.

Grigory joined Axinom in 2002 providing strategic direction on technology ever since. He was the driving force behind Axinom Development Process (ADP) and the chief architect for, Axinom’s award-winning flagship product and multi-million revenue stream.
