Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. You’ll help operate and maintain the hybrid infrastructure that keeps Axinom running every day.

This is a broad, practical role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of infrastructure, solving technical challenges, documenting their work, and ensuring our systems remain reliable, secure, and well maintained.

You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team that works closely together, shares knowledge, and continuously develops its skills. We actively explore new technologies and modern infrastructure practices, giving you the opportunity to work with the latest innovations while helping deliver reliable internal services across the company.

What you’ll do

Run our self-hosted services, many in Docker
Keep servers, storage and backups healthy
Test that restores actually work
Set up and manage Windows and macOS laptops
Help colleagues with everyday IT requests
Handle on site office IT
Document your work so others can follow

What we’re looking for

Several years as a hands-on sysadmin
Comfortable on Linux, familiar with Windows
Experience running apps on your own servers
Docker or similar experience
Solid networking basics
You take full responsibility for your area
Good English

Nice to have

Scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
Monitoring and logging
Some cloud experience
Automations
