Lead Frontend Engineer

Axinom, a global tech company, is looking for an experienced React engineer to lead the front end of Mosaic - the platform behind content management systems for media and aviation companies around the world.

Mosaic UI is our front-end component library, used across the entire Mosaic platform. Around it sits a micro-frontend architecture that lets teams ship independently and still present one unified content management experience. A lot of it is out in the open, so you can see what you would be working on before you apply:

What you’ll do

Evolve the component library that the whole platform is built from
Build modern, robust interfaces for complex data management in TypeScript and React
Shape the technical direction of the front end as the platform grows

What we’re looking for

Strong technical judgment - you make well-founded architecture and API decisions, design for reuse, and understand the downstream impact of a breaking change
Experienced engineer - proven excellence in web development, with a minimum of 6 years in React
Product and UX mindset - you use the established product design language and work with the team to shape new features so they fit naturally
Open, collaborative communication - you share your views freely and take the team’s seriously. English fluency is a must
Fast learner - you can take on a large, unfamiliar codebase in a new domain and be genuinely useful quickly

Nice to have skills

Experience maintaining a component library
Experience with micro-frontends
Experience integrating front ends with GraphQL APIs, and comfort working with Node.js
