Client Engagement Associate (Global)

What you will be a part of

  • Engage website visitors at axinom.com via chat; understand their needs and work with our sales team to generate, leads

  • Give short, tailored product walk-throughs via chat; schedule/hand over to Sales smoothly

  • Explain Axinom products, solutions, and pricing at a high level (training & development is provided)

  • Log, triage, and follow up on support/incident requests with internal team to help meet SLAs

  • 24/7 operations, to meet global demand. (working hours may differ based on the roster you will be a part of)

What we are looking for

  • Fluent communication skills both in standard communication techniques and vocabulary (English)

  • A proactive, organized mindset; reliable follow-through and teamwork

  • Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends)

  • Problem solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer service / chat support / sales (even internships)

  • Exposure to tech, media, or transportation industries

  • Familiarity with CRMs, online meeting tools, and presentation basics
