What you will be a part of

Engage website visitors at axinom.com via chat; understand their needs and work with our sales team to generate, leads

Give short, tailored product walk-throughs via chat; schedule/hand over to Sales smoothly

Explain Axinom products, solutions, and pricing at a high level (training & development is provided)

Log, triage, and follow up on support/incident requests with internal team to help meet SLAs
-
24/7 operations, to meet global demand. (working hours may differ based on the roster you will be a part of)
What we are looking for

Fluent communication skills both in standard communication techniques and vocabulary (English)

A proactive, organized mindset; reliable follow-through and teamwork

Willingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends)

Problem solving skills
Nice to have

Experience in customer service / chat support / sales (even internships)

Exposure to tech, media, or transportation industries

Familiarity with CRMs, online meeting tools, and presentation basics
